My first of several reads regarding TQM. Will read it a 2nd time and incorporate many ideas into my business.

My company has and continues to grow and is now running into system constraints at 300+ employees. We have no choice but to upgrade quality systems along with improved engineering practices. This book was good enough for a 2nd detailed read. Even though the copyright is a bit dated, the principles of human nature don't change.
