Rachael Jayne Groover is a singer, inspirational speaker, and Founder of The YIN Project, an international community of women committed to their own personal and spiritual development, as well as supporting that in others. She is the creator of The Art of Feminine Presence classes and trainings, which are currently offered worldwide. These classes and trainings teach women how to develop their own personal presence and stage presence, and help them understand how important the feminine principle is in intimate relationships, in leadership, and in shifting our global consciousness. Originally from Melbourne Australia, Rachael Jayne lives with her husband Datta and their cherished dog Hannah, in Northern Colorado.

The title says it all!

This practical and fascinating book is a must for any woman looking to *experience* what her own innate feminine energy feels like, and how it really is the most powerful, radiant, and beautiful energy that she has. Yes, if you do the practices in this book they can help you attract a wonderful mate, or improve the relationship that you already have, BUT it goes WAY beyond that.
Rachael Jayne brilliantly and simply shows us with her easy practices how allowing ourselves to really be *home* in our feminine energy can make us more powerful, trustable, grounded, approachable, proficient, and respected at work, in our business dealings, with friends, co-workers, teachers, clients, and family. I feel so much more confident, skillful, respected, and just plain *happy* in my businesses. My friends and family are more open with me now, I've lost weight, have more energy and creativity, I get more done in a shorter amount of time(and enjoy it!), and my relationship with my teenager has drastically improved!
The increased confidence, peace, and pleasure I experience in my life now are a direct result of getting my head out of the way and doing the practices in this book on a regular basis. I don't feel at odds with or in uncertainty with my femininity anymore, as I'm in more understanding of it and honoring of it as I experience its wisdom and safety.
There really is something else available to us that we haven't been taught to use or be comfortable with, it's our *OWN* totally natural feminine essence! And it's been inside us the whole time.

The title speaks for itself!

Rachael Jayne Groover has a huge gift to share with women - her experience transformed into wisdom consciously and compassionately woven into the pages of her book showing women how they can be Powerful AND Feminine. This book will help you to embrace and more fully embody your femininity; it will support you to honour, accept, and BE the power that is inherent in that. For those of you who tend to read books, put them down, and move on to the next without applying what you've learned, there are no excuses here. Rachael Jayne has included over 30 exercises that can be practiced pretty much anywhere you are. I love that I can be standing in line at the grocery store, walking down the sidewalk running errands downtown, or sitting at my desk doing work, and when I bring my awareness to the exercises in chapter 5 (or any other chapter for that matter) I experience myself and the world around me in a brand new and more joy-filled way. Now that's Powerful AND Feminine.
